A career with Northern Lifetime

We are an established Case Management company with highly experienced and qualified staff working together in a close-knit and mutually supportive team.

If you are looking to take your career in the care sector to the next level, or are hoping to suppliment your income by doing some work for an independent, friendly and supportive company, we might be able to help.

Below are our current vacancies. Do drop us a line or call if you would like to chat about a particular role, or working with Northern Lifetime in general.

Could becoming a Northern Lifetime Case Manager be the right move for you?

If the following three questions make sense to you then we think so.

Do you want to work for an independent company?

As a small friendly company driven by our client-centred outlook, we may be able to help. We have a family-run spirit, style, and ethos; you can discover the importance of our founder's deep friendship HERE. And our business is well established, robust, and thriving.

Would you like to contribute to an organisation with an excellent reputation?

We work hard to maintain and enhance our reputation amongst our clients, their families, and the wider case management community. Good feedback means a lot to us, and you can see examples HERE

Would you flourish in a friendly and supportive environment?

The case management team and wider support staff are mutually supportive - the latter delivering admin support you can rely on. We look after our staff, ensuring caseloads are suitably matched and manageable. We meet regularly too, virtually, or face-to-face, in a focussed but friendly and caring atmosphere. Learn more about our team HERE.

We are expanding our business and are looking for Associate Case Managers to join our team. The roles are home-based with flexible hours, and you'll need to be located somewhere in the North of England.

If you are an enthusiastic person with at least four years case management experience, dedicated to the welfare of your clients, then please do contact us. We'll be happy to hear from you for an informal and confidential chat.

You'll find more detail in the job advert and who to call HERE
