We've already highlighted our experience and ethos, but below is further information to help you understand our company. We are  happy to answer any questions that you may have, so don't hesitate to give us a call or drop us a line.
  •  Geographical Coverage: we are a close-knit team rooted in the north of England, located in Yorkshire and Northumberland. We are happy to take on new case work within a couple of hours drive of our home towns - so areas of the country north of Birmingham as far as the English/Scottish Borders.
    • Rates: it's part of our ethos to be as up front as possible, so we are happy to prvide you with a copy of our rates - simply call us or drop us a line. and soon you can find below an outline of our rates. 
  •  Experience: we have experience working with a range of national legal firms; including Sintons, Irwin Mitchell, Dutton Gregory, Hewitts, and Minster Law. We work both on a single instructions and joint instructions basis.
    • Professional Bodies and Accreditations: we are registered with the Care Quality Commission, and are members of HCPC, Advanced BABICM, and BISWG.
    • Helping to shape the future: our highly-regarded founders have been selected to participate in shaping the future of the sector. Ella was appointed a BABICM Advanced Membership Assessor in 2024, and Jane became a panel member of the IRCM (Institute of Registered Case Managers) in 2023.
