    • Geographical Area: we are happy to take on new case work within a couple of hours drive of our hometowns - including areas of the country north of Birmingham as far as the English/Scottish Borders.
  • Professional Qualifications: include a BA (hons) degree, PgCert, DipCOT (Diploma of the College of Occupational Therapists), DipSW (Diploma of Social Work).
    • Professional Bodies and Accreditation: we are registered with the Care Quality Commission
    • , and are currently members of HCPC (Health & Care Professions Council), Advanced BABICM (British Association of Brain Injury & Complex Case Management), and BISWG (The Brain Injury Social Work Group).

    • We are qualified and have lengthy experience: our directors both have over 20 years experience as practicing case managers, are both Advanced Practitioner BABICM Members, and they supervise all the members of our case management team. 
          
    • We are Care Quality Commission registered: we are registered with the Care Quality Commission, which inspected us in 2022 and gave a 'Good' overall rating.
