  • Geographical Coverage: we are a close-knit team rooted in the north of England, located in Yorkshire and Northumberland. We are happy to take on new case work within a couple of hours drive of our hometowns, which  includes areas of the country north of Birmingham as far as the English/Scottish Borders.
    • Rates: it is part of our ethos to be as up front as possible, so we are happy to prvide you with a copy of our rates - simply call us or drop us a line. and soon you can find below an outline of our rates. 
  • Experience: we have experience working with a range of national legal firms; including Sintons, Irwin Mitchell, Dutton Gregory, Hewitts, and Minster Law. We work both on a single instructions and joint instructions basis

  • Professional Bodies/Accreditations: we are registered with the Care Quality Commission, and are members of HCPC, Advanced BABICM, and BISWG

  • Helping to shape the future: our highly-regarded founders have been selected to participate in shaping the future of the sector. Ella was appointed a BABICM Advanced Membership Assessor in 2024, and Jane became a panel member of the IRCM (Institute of Registered Case Managers) in 2023.
